Vintage Super-Ellipse dining table designed by Piet Hein, Bruno Mathsson and Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen. The smooth, light-coloured top in Karelian birch has the distinctive rounded rectangular shape of the superellipse, a form between an oval and a rectangle that gives the table a balanced and generous outline. It rests on slender chrome-plated Span legs, which keep the structure light and the lines clean. Suited to a dining room, kitchen or open living space.
The top was refinished. In great vintage condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. Bears the manufacturer's stamps.
