What do you sell?

We offer original vintage and mid-century modern furniture, handpicked across Europe. Each piece is unique, full of character, and built to last.

Are your pieces restored?

All items are thoroughly cleaned and professionally restored as needed, while preserving their original patina. Before shipping, each piece is carefully checked to ensure it arrives in top condition.

Can I see items in person?

Heirloom is a physical shop open to the public. No appointment is needed — just come by during our opening hours and explore our collection in person.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

We currently offer local delivery within Valencia and nationwide delivery across Spain. If you are based outside of Spain and are interested in one of our pieces, feel free to contact us. We will be glad to explore a shipping solution for you.

Shipping costs cannot be calculated in advance, as they depend on the delivery address provided at checkout. Once we receive your order and address details, we will email you the exact shipping cost within a maximum of three days, along with a direct Shopify payment link to complete the shipping fee. After the payment is received, we will proceed with dispatching your item and send you the tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

Can I return or cancel an order?

If you’re an EU private customer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom orders). Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

What if something arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order right away. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving it, in writing and with photos, if anything is damaged. If the claim is valid, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
