Mid-century modern bench, Italy, 1960s. The seat is made of teak slats, set on a black metal structure with adjustable brass-capped feet. The rhythm of the slats and the slim frame give the bench clean, light lines, and the warm tones of the teak stand out against the dark metal. Suited to an entrance way, a bedroom or the foot of a bed, or as additional seating in a living or dining area.
Fully and professionally restored, retaining its original patina and character.
