Large special edition rug designed by Jean-Pierre Garrault, reissued by Monoprix for Prisunic. Produced as a limited edition, this piece reflects Garrault’s graphic and experimental approach developed during the Space Age design movement of the 1970s.
The rug is made of 100% wool with a thick, dense weave that gives it a substantial and high-quality feel. It is absolutely new, never used, and still retains its original label.
Jean-Pierre Garrault (1942–2024) was a major figure in French design, known for his bold visual language and collaborations that bridged art, design, and industrial production. This rug stands as a collectible example of his work, combining strong design identity with excellent material quality.
