Very unusual Italian sideboard from the 1960s defined by an architecturally engineered structure. The solid wood legs extend vertically into the back panel, interlocking through precision-cut recessed slots that form a recessed sliding mounting system. This construction ensures excellent structural stability while maintaining a visually light, elevated profile.

The generous proportions offer substantial storage capacity, making the piece both functional and visually striking. Black streamlined legs emphasize the vertical lines of the design and are finished with brass feet that are adjustable for leveling and can also be removed if desired. Brass and black painted details continue through the original knobs, reinforcing the graphic character of the piece.

A rare and highly distinctive example of 1960s Italian furniture, combining advanced construction, refined materials, and expressive modernist design.
